Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic execution.
- Monitor performance across multiple segments and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare bi-monthly performance packs and support leadership with actionable insights.
- Oversee implementation of recruitment, development, and retention initiatives, adapting national programs locally.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including Finance, Training, Digital, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution and alignment of initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement, standardize reporting, and maintain governance across all processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
- 6-8 years of experience in strategy, performance management, or business analytics, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Proven experience in overseeing initiatives and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to convey insights clearly to senior leadership.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
