Job Description

The Regional Social Content Specialist drives cultural relevance, speed, and social creative excellence for IPC's social roadmap in Indonesia. This role leads the end-to-end strategy for agile, reactive, social-first content that impacts all categories, ensuring our brands are culturally resonant and drive brand preference and share of views through viral content. The position bridges regional priorities with Indonesia's dynamic social landscape, translating insights into high-impact, repeatable content models

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Indonesia's reactive agile social content strategy and cultural activation: Define and implement the local Social 2.0 roadmap, translating regional priorities into locally resonant, creator-led content strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Lead weekly bold idea proposals:Propose weekly ideas based on daily trendspotting to ensure IPC brands stay present in consumer conversations. Partner with agencies and local teams to turn cultural insights into timely, platform-native ideas that spark virality.
  • Oversee reactive content creation and production workflows:Manage the full content lifecycle from ideation to production, editing, and publishing, ensuring assets are delivered with speed, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Support local creator and agency partnerships: Build and manage relationships with local creators and social agencies, providing creative direction and ensuring alignment to brand strategy.
  • Translate insights into scalable frameworks: Track and analyze content performance, codifying learnings into the Viral Content Playbook and Content Library. Identify repeatable content models and best practices to scale success.
  • Drive bold content via co-creation:Support co-creation workshops with creators by embedding reactive learnings into bold activations. Act as a hybrid regionallocal coordinator to ensure Indonesia benefits from central insights while enriching IPC strategies with local realities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in social content strategy, creative development, or digital marketing withing FMCG, agency, or, platform environments.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong understanding of Indonesia's cultural trends, creator economy, and platform algorithms; ability to translate insights into bold creative ideas.
  • Proven experience leading creator partnerships, content production, and social activation in high-speed environments.
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to guide agencies and creators in developing platform-native content.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop frameworks, playbooks, or scalable content models.
  • Experience connecting social performance to business outcomes (share of views, brand equity, conversion).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across regional, local, and cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
