  • Define and design the overall product strategy and long-term roadmap tailored specifically to enhancing the seller journey across the marketplace within the designated project timeline.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination from initial concept through execution to go-to-market delivery.
  • Shape and drive high-priority, strategic initiatives aimed at resolving seller pain points and elevating the overall marketplace seller experience.
  • Analyze complex business challenges, market realities, and qualitative seller feedback to translate ambiguous data into highly structured, actionable improvement opportunities.
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional, cross-divisional, and global partners to align operations, marketing, and demand-generation activities with the project's milestones.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of seller experience programs using key data and metrics to ensure strategic deliverables are achieved by designated project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative-based majors.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or business strategy fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, advanced Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros), or Tableau for data analysis, dashboarding, and complex data manipulation.
  • Solid experience in product strategy and roadmap definition, end-to-end project lifecycle management, and translating high-level business goals into functional requirements.
  • Proven experience utilizing data, structured metrics, and performance dashboards to identify process improvements and make strategic business decisions.
  • Experience operating effectively in global, cross-functional settings with international stakeholders.
  • Distinctive problem-solving abilities with a strong capacity to define highly unstructured problems and design logical, innovative solutions.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to align, present to, and influence both highly technical and business-focused stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and agile environment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams toward shared project milestones.
  • Fast learner showing a high sense of judgment, strategic thinking, and original, logical reasoning.
