About the Role The Opportunity

  • Aquafine UV water treatment solutions – industrial markets We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Industrial to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Aquafine UV water treatment solutions across key industrial end markets. In this role, you'll develop and execute targeted regional sales strategies, build a high-performing channel partner ecosystem, and convert complex UV application requirements into compelling, tailored solutions for industrial customers.
  • This is an opportunity to make a meaningful commercial impact within a high-growth segment spanning Drinking Water, Micro-Electronics, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceutical markets, while advancing your career within a global water quality leader. You'll work closely with product management, applications engineering, and global sales leadership to deliver integrated customer solutions and close complex B2B deals. Success in this role means consistently achieving or exceeding regional revenue quotas within 12–18 months, while building a robust pipeline and meaningfully expanding Aquafine's footprint across the industrial sector.

Detailed Role Responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed assigned quota targets for Aquafine UV industrial products.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline – from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close – to ensure predictable and sustainable revenue performance.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners, distributors, dealers, and key industrial end-users to maximize Aquafine market coverage and partner loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to translate complex customer requirements in industries such as Micro-Electronics, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceuticals into tailored UV water treatment solutions.
  • Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and manage and cultivate strategic partner relationships.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments to identify new business opportunities and sharpen go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and KPI dashboards to senior management to support business planning and resource allocation.
  • Influence key stakeholders – including process engineers, procurement leaders, and executive decision-makers– by communicating technical UV application value in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Coordinate participation at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits to strengthen brand presence and accelerate deal progression.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or technical sales within water treatment, UV technology, industrial equipment, or an adjacent industrial market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical) or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative, technically complex sales environment.
  • Experience managing channel partners, distributors, or dealer networks within a regional or multi-territory sales model.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) within the designated region to support customers, channel partners, and industry events.
  • Experience with UV disinfection or advanced oxidation process (AOP) technologies in industrial applications will be highly regarded.
  • Good knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English is compulsory. Additional language skills would be an advantage. Location Indonesia – preferably Jakarta, but other locations can be discussed.
