- Productivity Achievement (APE, Branch Active, BO Active Ratio, Number of BO, Persistency)
- Manage and handling sales force & Partnership with Panin Bank
- Ensuring all complaint from customer managed well- Monitor sales performance, identify business gaps, and implement effective action plans to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase market penetration within the assigned region.
- Leading and managing a sales team, setting clear goals and expectations
- Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Managing and strengthening relationships with key banking partner
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide performance analysis and action plans.
- Conduct regular sales coaching, joint visits, business reviews, and pipeline monitoring with the sales team.
- Collaborate with bank partners to develop branch-level sales programs, campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure sales processes are conducted professionally and in accordance with insurance regulations, bancassurance agreements, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in any field; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, bancassurance, banking, financial services, or related industries, with proven experience in sales leadership.
- Experience in managing Bancassurance sales teams and bank partner relationships is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, bancassurance business models, sales processes, and financial products.
- Strong leadership, sales coaching, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate sales data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and banking partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly target-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
- Willing to travel within the assigned regional area.
