Job Description - Regional Sales Manager (Sumatera)
- Responsible for managing sales activities and business development across the Sumatera region.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration within industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, EPC companies, and end-users.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor ongoing projects in the assigned area.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer mapping to support sales strategy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the valves industry.
- Proven experience handling industrial customers, distributors, contractors, and EPC projects.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong network within industrial sectors in Sumatera area is preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel frequently across the Sumatera region.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
