Job Description - Regional Sales Manager (Sumatera)
  • Responsible for managing sales activities and business development across the Sumatera region.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration within industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, EPC companies, and end-users.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor ongoing projects in the assigned area.
  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer mapping to support sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the valves industry.
  • Proven experience handling industrial customers, distributors, contractors, and EPC projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong network within industrial sectors in Sumatera area is preferred.
  • Target-oriented with strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently across the Sumatera region.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
