Lead and supervise the GT/MT sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for General Trade or Modern Trade channels (traditional stores, wholesalers, distributors, supermarket, minimarket, etc ).
Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and product availability in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, GT store, MT store, and key outlets.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper execution of sales and promotions.
Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to support sales programs.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as Sales Supervisor or similar role in General Trade/Modern Trade.
Experience in beauty/cosmetics industry is a strong plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in the field.
Able to manage distributors and GT/MT networks effectively
