Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the GT/MT sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for General Trade or Modern Trade channels (traditional stores, wholesalers, distributors, supermarket, minimarket, etc ).
  • Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and product availability in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, GT store, MT store, and key outlets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper execution of sales and promotions.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to support sales programs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as Sales Supervisor or similar role in General Trade/Modern Trade.
  • Experience in beauty/cosmetics industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in the field.
  • Able to manage distributors and GT/MT networks effectively
