Job Description We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) to drive regional sales strategy and business growth across the assigned territory. The role will lead and mentor a regional sales team, strengthen relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists and key opinion leaders, expand the doctor network, and ensure achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Pharma Sales, particularly Derma, Cosmo-Derma or Cosmo-Nutra segments.

Key Responsibilities • Drive regional sales strategy and achieve business targets for the assigned territory. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Managers/Medical Representatives. • Develop and strengthen relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and key opinion leaders. • Expand and manage an established doctor network in the region. • Identify new market opportunities and ensure effective product positioning. • Monitor competitor activities and implement strategic responses. • Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management. • Maintain high standards of compliance and ethical business practices.
