Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Engineer, located in Semarang. The Regional Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing technical support to clients, and building strong relationships with customers. Key tasks include identifying customer needs, proposing suitable technical solutions, delivering product presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales Engineering and knowledge of technical product solutions
Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a customer-focused approach
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to provide effective Technical Support and resolve customer concerns
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry is an advantage
