Regional Sales Analyst

Job Description:

• Building communication with Sales Team, gaining insight regarding issues in store.
• Responsible for creating report regarding achievement, attendance, daily report sales, cost ratio rate and Sales Team productivity rate.
• Have good analyze and strategy for managing Sales Team to increase good performance and GMV.
• Organizing data to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
• Coordinating with every stakeholder (Salesman, Area Sales Supervisor, and Area Sales Manager).
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if request.
• Analyzing sales performances.
• Giving insights to the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales operations, sales analyst, or a similar role from FMCG/Retail company.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to use an advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Looker Studio
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Familiarity with data analyzing
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to follow 100% WFO policy (Location: Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan)
• Able to join ASAP will be highly advantage.
