Regional Retail Manager Makassar/Banjarmasin/Balikpapan/Samarinda

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the database of regional distributors and stores, including store capacity, assets, LDU and other investments. Expand product display and Xiaomi brand image in line with retail standards, and monitor assets and LDU through regular audits.
2. Manage FF manpower and performance to support retail execution, prepare NPL, and collaborate with headquarters retail & training teams to align product strategies.
3. Take ownership of SO sales volume for controllable retail touchpoints in the region.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on retail experience in regional store management roles. Headquarters retail line management experience is not qualified.
2. Experience in consumer electronics, mobile phone industry background preferred.
3. Experience in Fortune 500 companies is a plus.
4. Fluent English for daily work communication
