Regional Recruitment Specialist - Southeast Asia (SEA) focusing on the candidate in Southeast Asia (SEA) Countries/nationalities, incorporating the skills of salespeople and headhunters.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish new business and long-term relationship with understanding of client requirements
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
- Source candidates using databases, social media etc. and evaluate resumes and applications across the Countries/Nationalities in Southeast Asia (SEA).
- Conduct candidates interview screening both online and face-to-face
- Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
- Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidates and Job Expert's business partner
