About the Role
Responsible for ensuring the successful execution, rollout, and monitoring of all Agency strategic programs at the regional level. This role acts as the bridge between National Program Management and Regional agency operations, ensuring programs are implemented with consistency, quality, and accountability. Drives adoption, provides field support, and monitors performance delivery across assigned branches.
Roles and Responsibilities
Regional Execution of Agency Programs
- Implements all new agency programs and initiatives designed by the national team, ensuring accurate translation from concept to field execution
- Socializes program details, KPIs, mechanics, timelines, and expectations to Regional Directors, Agency Leaders, and field teams
Program Monitoring & Performance Tracking
- Tracks implementation progress and performance metrics (e.g., VONB, recruitment/activation KPIs, Premier+ productivity, ECM engagement)
- Identifies early performance gaps and provides feedback loops to national program owners
- Prepares regional performance dashboards and provides insights to support continuous improvement
Regional Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment
- Works closely with Chief Agency Officers, Agency Business Development partners, Agency Leaders, and Agents to embed programs into daily operations
- Coordinates with Middle Office, Front Office, and support functions (Marketing, Product, Compliance, Training) to ensure seamless delivery
Premier+ & HNW Program Implementation Support
- Ensures Premier+ agents receive program guidance, performance updates, and capability support at the regional level
- Drives execution of HNW initiatives, including product implementation, lead management, and customer experience enhancements
Existing Customer Management (ECM) Execution
- Supports regional execution of ECM strategies including repurchase, cross-sell, and retention programs
- Ensures agents are trained and equipped to use customer insights and tools effectively
Recruitment & Activation Program Execution
- Leads regional rollout of recruitment campaigns, new agent activation programs, and onboarding journeys
- Ensures alignment with national strategies and provides field coaching to improve funnel conversion
MDRT & GAMA Program Support
- Implements recognition initiatives, contests, and qualification programs for MDRT and GAMA members at the regional level
- Provides tracking, communication, and motivational support to drive aspiration and participation
Field Feedback & Insights Gathering
- Acts as the eyes and ears of Agency Program Management in the field
- Captures region-specific issues, market nuances, and agent feedback to inform program refinements
- Recommends adjustments to improve relevance, adoption, and field usability
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any major (Business or related field preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in Insurance agency, operations, strategy, or program/project management
- Having previous experience working in consulting management is preferred
- Experience working in field execution roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills
- Familiar with program rollout frameworks, KPIs, and performance management
- Able to work under tight execution timelines and manage multiple workstreams
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
