Develop solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
Identify solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and prepare compelling proposals; including pricing, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide justification request for any customer leads refer to our existing infrastructure and technology
Analyze and provide improvement of existing infrastructure and technology to gathering sales lead (reference data base on Trouble ticket, revenue base, and sales target area), include help to achieve designated cost saving target
Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to the sales team, enabling them to effectively articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions to clients
Support compliance legality of customer order (PKS or term sheet)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably in the enterprise software, ICT solutions, or IT services industry.
Proficiency in relevant network technology, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and relationship building.
Ability to understand client requirements, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
