Role Summary
The People & Office Operations Executive (Regional) – Maternity Cover is a fixed-term role supporting the day-to-day People & Culture operations across Southeast Asia while overseeing office operations in Indonesia. This position is responsible for ensuring the continuity of HR operations during the maternity leave period from September to December 2026, including employee lifecycle administration, recruitment coordination, attendance administration, employee engagement, compliance, and workplace management. The role plays a key part in maintaining a seamless employee experience and operational excellence across the region throughout the coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, contract renewals, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HRIS.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, assessments, offer administration, and onboarding.
- Administer employee attendance, leave records, and HR operational documentation while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, statutory registrations, and other HR operational processes across supported markets.
- Coordinate regional employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, wellbeing programs, and company events.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations in Indonesia, including facilities, vendors, office supplies, workplace services, company assets, and office administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and statutory documentation requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and operational metrics to support business and leadership decisions.
- Support regional People & Culture initiatives, process improvements, documentation, and cross-functional projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR and office-related matters, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders, managers, and external partners to ensure efficient People Operations across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Office Management, General Affairs, or a similar operational role.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, attendance administration, office management, and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations; exposure to employment practices in other Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and HRIS platforms.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
