Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Regional Retail Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple retail stores within the assigned region. This role is responsible for sales performance, store operations, people management, and execution of commercial strategies to ensure alignment with business targets and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on retail operations experience, proven regional-level exposure, and the ability to manage store managers and frontline teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores across the assigned region
  • Drive regional sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue, productivity, and profitability targets
  • Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, shrinkage, stock turnover, and operational compliance
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to ensure strong leadership and execution at store level
  • Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, VM guidelines, and brand standards across all stores
  • Coordinate closely with Head Office teams (Merchandising, HR, Operations, Marketing) for smooth execution
  • Analyze regional performance data and provide actionable insights and improvement plans
  • Manage manpower planning, store readiness, and operational support for new store openings
  • Handle operational issues, escalations, and corrective actions within the region
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational excellence and people discipline

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations, with regional or multi-store management exposure
  • Strong background in fashion retail/lifestyle retail/modern retail
  • Proven experience managing multiple stores and Store Managers across a region
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and people performance management
  • Hands-on, field-oriented, and comfortable with frequent store visits
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to analyze data and translate insights into operational actions
  • Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience handling 20+ stores or more within a region
  • Exposure to large retail chains or national-scale retail operations
  • Experience supporting store expansion or turnaround initiatives
