Job Description :

• Handling recruitment process for Sales Supervisor, Salesman & Merchandiser in area
• Maintain building, Asset and Inventaroy management in all West Java Region
• Makesure the SOP about Human Resource & General Affair well implemented
• Makesure the Human Resource & General Affair administration running well
• Solve Industrial Relation related to employee and company

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Required language(s): English
• Good operating Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point)
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as an HR&GA
• Have a car driving license
• Have a good communication & can do attitude
• Wiling to do a business trip Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General in Tobacco or FMCG.
