Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various aspects of HR, such as employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR policies, and compliance, as well as employee engagement.
  • Utilize data analysis and HR analytics for identifying trends, assessing metrics, budgeting, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes, and advising management on related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational development initiatives aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team, focusing on their professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee growth and development.
  • Mediate conflicts and resolutions, contributing to a harmonious workplace by understanding and addressing the root causes of issues.
  • Engage in General Affairs matters and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in diverse responsibilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management through research and continuous learning.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a VUCA environment, navigating complexity and rapid change in startup pace.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive HR decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia and the SEA market.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and HRIS software.
  • Continuous learning mindset and a willingness to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
