About the Role:
The Regional Leader/City Supervisor/Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing the PHS business within a designated city or region. This includes driving revenue, maintaining profitability, and ensuring a balanced and efficient operation of supply and demand. The role requires a mix of strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership.
What You Will Do
- Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in the assigned region.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Profitability Management
- Optimize operational costs while ensuring service quality.
- Monitor key financial metrics (e.g., profit margin, cost per order).
- Conduct regular analyses to improve efficiency and reduce overheads.
- Supply-Demand Management
- Supply: Recruit, onboard, and manage service providers (cleaners, technicians, etc.) in the city.
- Demand: Execute local marketing campaigns to generate leads and bookings.
- Ensure alignment between supply (service providers) and demand (customer orders).
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate city-level teams, including field operations, sales, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching as needed.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Operational Excellence
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks, including SP shortages or quality issues.
- Oversee customer satisfaction, handling escalations and improving service quality.
- Data and Reporting
- Analyze city-level KPIs (e.g., order volume, SP utilization rate).
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
- Use data insights to refine operational strategies.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HQ teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to support regional goals.
- Build relationships with local partners and government agencies as needed.
What You Will Need
- This is an in-city role, so you are required to be present in the city of operations.
- Immediate availability is preferred, but candidates with notice periods will also be considered.
