Drive end-to-end automation programs across SPX fulfilment and sorting facilities across Southeast Asia
Evaluate operational bottlenecks and identify opportunities where automation can significantly improve throughput, accuracy, and cost efficiency
Lead the planning and execution of automation deployments, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and vendor partners
Track program performance across timeline, budget, quality, and operational readiness
Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery against technical specifications, project timelines, and operational performance targets
Oversee key implementation milestones including factory acceptance testing and site commissioning
Resolve implementation challenges by balancing operational realities with technical constraints
Analyse operational performance data post-deployment to identify optimisation opportunities
Develop playbooks and scalable frameworks to accelerate automation rollouts across new markets and facilities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (Operations Management), Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Industrial System Engineering, or other Engineering degrees is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, operations strategy, or large-scale operations / infrastructure programs
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact
Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into actionable plans
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and operational teams
Comfortable working with data and operational metrics to inform decisions and track program success
Experience in logistics, supply chain, infrastructure, manufacturing, or automation projects is a plus
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
