Description
- Running SSC pillars overseeing 3 countries
- Overseeing financial operations, reporting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Managing financial audits and liaising with external auditors.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks effectively.
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies.
Profile
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is advantageous.
- Proven experience as Regional Finance Manager
- Proven experience in leading SSC team
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
