Analyse regional cross-border business performance and develop insights on the key driving factors for each market
Design, track and optimise new business processes, performance reports established as part of the new business initiatives/projects rolled out
Prepare weekly and monthly reports through the consolidation and analysis of business updates and trends from discussions with regional and local teams
Work with internal teams to understand existing processes and ensure all identified pain points are tracked and resolved in a systematic approach
Provide creative and innovative approaches to solve different kinds of commercial and supply chain problems
Attend to other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in STEM Discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)
Proficiency in Excel, Gsheet and PPT skills are required
Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative
Innovative and analytical, with a high level of commitment to delivering
Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
