Conceptualize and execute marketing collaterals for regional campaigns, including in-app assets, social media, eDMs, newsletters, and campaign key visuals.
Adapt and localize creative materials across different markets while maintaining brand alignment.
Support brand campaigns and develop/refresh branding assets and templates as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into effective design solutions.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on design ideation.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple concurrent projects.
Provide guidance and feedback to fellow designers or interns when required.
Requirements
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience in professional design, preferably within eCommerce or creative agencies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to conceptualize and execute digital-first creative work across multiple channels.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience in motion design (After Effects) and/or UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD) is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, layouts, and user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and rationalize creative ideas.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
