Develop & implement a sales plan to achieve the targets for the assigned area.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective action where needed.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Lead, coach, and motivate the distributor sales team and the PSI team
Set KPIs for the sales team and conduct regular reviews.
Ensure the sales FJP effectiveness of each sales route.
Manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, and key customers.
Monitor distributor stock, orders, and inventory.
Ensure efficient distribution coverage and in-store visibility via merchandising, POSM.
Prepare sales report, forecast, and performance updates.
Manage compliance with company policy, consumer, and trade programs.
Conduct joint visit / on-the-job training to the sales team, market audits, availability check, and competitor comparisons.
Assist in resolving market issues and proposing solutions/improvements to the sales team.

Requirement:
Graduated from the University.
More than 03 years of relevant experience leading a sales area in a similar position within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company with a proven track record.
In-depth understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
