Verify the administration of Sales & Marketing programs, including program claims, supporting documents, settlement processes, etc.
Verify and review reports and coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to address discrepancies and support collection effectiveness
Verify and Review field finance admisitration at the regional level and verify cash advances, journal posting, and reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
Verifying compliance of credit note with accounting and financial standards (analytical based on data and system, follow up if there are anomaly data)
Verify and Review field inventory and warehousing activities by reviewing stock movement, conducting reconciliation, and validating warehouse documentation to ensure accurate records and internal control compliance
Verify and Review warehouse administration requirements and warehouse facility conditions to support compliance and internal control standards
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Have expereince at least 5 years in related field
Strong understanding of administrative processes, reporting, and internal control systems
Have experience using microsoft office, ERP System operation and reconcilliation
Experience in monitoring branch/area performance and ensuring compliance with company policies
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills (able to work with multiple stakeholders across regions)
