Your Tasks :

Regional Account Manager will manage end to end business process in MTI accounts in his/her respective region to ensure all the transactional aspect will be smooth as per company policy and guideline. Handle particular account in MT that driving business performance to achieve sales target in effective and efficient process.

  • Prepare the operational plan for customers (sales target, budget, and activity)
  • Achieve sales targets, distribution, variable KPI and company's objectives
  • Negotiate trading term (Platinum) and execute the agreed business plan with the respective team nationwide
  • To maintain plan accuracy (sales forecast, budget utilization, promotion and activity plan)
  • Manage budget utilization and managing customer profitably.
  • To execute speed to market (NPD or assortment optimization) distribution.
  • Manage clients relations and build new business opportunities.
  • Strong collaboration in the respective region to drive initiative align with SnCM and excellent execution with operation team
  • Track and monitor sales trend and competitor movements.
  • Conduct periodically review with key customers.

Your Profile :

  • Min. bachelor's degree in any major with minimum 3 years experience as area or account manager in FMCG
  • Independent, self-motivator and determine to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • Proficient in MS office suite.
  • Must have good command on written and spoken English.
  • Have a Good Communication and Collaboration working in team.
  • Willing to handle Sumatera region, with home based in Medan
