Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Technician based in Semarang. The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration systems. The role also involves maintaining and servicing HVAC systems and electrical components to ensure seamless operations. Daily tasks require attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning of refrigeration systems
• Proficiency in Electricity and Maintenance & Repair to handle electrical and mechanical components
• Knowledge and experience in HVAC systems operations and servicing
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Technical certification or relevant training in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical systems is preferred
• Experience in the food or agricultural industry is a plus
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulations
