The Role

We are looking for a Referral Manager to develop, manage, and expand our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and referral partners to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing strategies that increase trading volume and partner engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to play a strategic role in scaling a growing brokerage business through high-impact partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and grow a high-performing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and referral partners.
  • Identify potential IBs through various channels, including networking, industry events, social media, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective IB partners to drive client acquisition and trading activity.
  • Conduct presentations, business meetings, and negotiations with potential partners regarding partnership opportunities and commission structures.
  • Support IBs with marketing initiatives, product knowledge, and business development activities to maximize their performance..
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for partners and their referred clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities to identify new business growth channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Sales, Affiliate Management, or IB Development within a brokerage, forex, CFD, futures, securities, or financial services company.
  • Strong understanding of forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and financial markets.
  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, or referral partners.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth and partnership targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing network within trading, investment, or financial communities will be a strong advantage.
