Job Description

Job Descriptions:

•Analyzing and Supporting workforce planning based on business needs and provide practical hiring recommendations to management, in addition analysis recruitment / Manpower needs from all the Departments;

•Organize and arranging end-to-end recruitment: including job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments, onboarding coordination;

•Track recruitment data and regularly report hiring progress, bottlenecks, candidate quality, and market feedback.

•Coordinating for hiring channels through job portal, local communities, social media, and job fairs (if needed);

•Maintain and update candidate data accurately within the Applicant database, including updating for the Talent Acquisition update progress, reporting daily recruitment progress, including Time-to-Hire, Hiring progress, Time-to-fill, Recruitment pipeline, Hiring effectiveness;

•Oversee the use and optimisation of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data accuracy, process visibility, and operational efficiency.

•Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design end-to-end learning journeys (onboarding, technical, and leadership programs).

•Supporting HRGA Manager in designing and implementing: Annual Training and Leadership development and succession programs for supervisory and managerial levels. Deliver impactful training sessions and develop internal trainers through Train-the-Trainer initiatives. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and business performance metrics.

Job Requests:

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, familiar with recruitment platforms and interview techniques;

•Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

•Minimum 2 or 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferable from the Manufacturing Company;

•Minimum Bachelor Degree , majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field;

•Minimum 2 or 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferable from the Manufacturing Company;

•Experience recruiting for operational & 1st liner Personnel/ Employee, keypersons, supervisory, and managerial roles is a must; Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, familiar with recruitment platforms and interview techniques;

•Able to work independently and meet hiring targets, and has capabilities in good judgment in assessing candidate suitability and attitude;

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Google Workspace;

•Experience in sourcing candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment tools;

Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (Min. HSK 4) , and fluent in English is a MUST.
