Recruitment Specialist – RPO Project

About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join a 6-month RPO project for a leading textile manufacturing company. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting the client's hiring needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets.
- Support recruitment for production, engineering, quality, warehouse, and other manufacturing functions.
- Build and maintain a strong local talent pool.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate pipelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in Textile, Garment, Yarn, Fabric, Footwear, or related Manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
- Willing to work on-site in Pleret, Pasuruan.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
