Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions with a focus on mass hiring.
• Manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment requirements.
• Monitor recruitment progress and achieve hiring targets within the agreed timeline.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports.
• Support recruitment events, walk-in interviews, and other hiring activities when required.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and sourcing methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or other high-volume recruitment environments. Experience in mass hiring is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
• English or Mandarin speaking is preferred.
• Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Strong growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.
