Role Description

This is a contract role for a Recruitment Specialist, located on-site in Denpasar. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their qualifications. Additional tasks encompass developing recruitment strategies, building relationships with candidates, and collaborating with internal teams to meet hiring needs. The role also includes involvement in onboarding and training new employees to foster an optimal workforce.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience in planning and executing effective Training programs
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Denpasar
• Bachelor's degree in psychology
• Experience in a contracting company is an added value
• Previous experience in recruitment for the construction or engineering industry is a plus
