Recruitment Specialist

/ Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition, sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Maintain recruitment channels and talent pool to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Provide recruitment reports and data analysis to support hiring decisions.

/ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, any major acceptable.
• 2
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, familiar with Indonesian market.
• HSK4
• HSK4+ Mandarin, fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and sense of responsibility.
