About The Role

This Recruitment Specialist – Agency Distribution (Banking & Wealth Segment) role will focus on sourcing experienced professionals, including Bankers, Wealth Managers, Relationship Managers, Priority Banking Officers, and Insurance Specialists, to join our agency distribution channel.

The ideal candidate has a strong network within the banking industry, experience in recruitment, and the ability to identify and engage top talents through various sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract experienced agents from banking, wealth management, and insurance backgrounds.
  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates suitability, experience, and potential.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and agency management teams to understand recruitment needs and hiring priorities.
  • Organize recruitment events, networking sessions, career talks, and talent engagement activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment performance and provide regular reports on hiring progress and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Build long-term relationships with banking and financial services professionals to strengthen the talent pool.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunting, agency recruitment, or sales recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting candidates from banking, wealth management, insurance specialist, financial services, or insurance industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong network and connections within banking, wealth management, and financial services sectors.
  • Proven experience sourcing or recruiting Bankers, Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Priority Bankers, or Insurance Specialists.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
