We're Hiring: Recruitment & Performance Management Specialist

We are seeking an HR professional who is ready to take an active role in managing Recruitment & Selection and Performance Management processes to support talent development and drive organizational success. As part of a leading Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) company, you will contribute to the growth and sustainability of our forestry operations based in Jambi, Indonesia, working closely with stakeholders to build a high-performing workforce in a dynamic site environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Conduct assessments and interviews, including competency-based interviewing techniques such as CBI (Competency-Based Interviewing) and BEI (Behavioral Event Interviewing).
• Oversee the Performance Management process, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and employee performance evaluations.
• Analyze, interpret, and present KPI and HR data reports to support management decision-making.
• Support the implementation of competency management, assessment centers, and organizational development programs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, or Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of competency-based assessments and performance management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
