Recruitment Officer - Surakarta

Teleperformance Surakarta is looking for a recruitment officer. This role will have WFO setting, and the job is open for aspiring graduates and recruiters who are on the lookout for an entry level job in a Global Company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and hiring timelines.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Handle mass hiring projects while ensuring quality and efficiency.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.

Requirements:

- Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.

- English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2)

- Willing to work from the office in Surakarta (Solo).

- Prior intern/full time working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
