Job Description

Jobs Description :
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel database.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as employment contracts, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
  • Prepare basic HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and employee data.
Requirement :
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industry (vape/tobacco industry is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration and attendance management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
