Job Description

Job Purpose

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for operational and supporting roles at Bali Superhost. This role ensures timely hiring, a positive candidate experience, and close coordination with Operations to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end to end recruitment
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal channels.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Arrange and follow up on interview schedules, trial days, and hiring decisions.
  • Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding with HR Operations.

Candidate Management

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a smooth and respectful candidate experience, including rejection communication where needed.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring operational roles.

Recruitment Administration

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Ensure all recruitment documents are completed before the employee's first working day.
  • Support probation monitoring and feedback collection with HR and Operations.

Employer Branding & Sourcing

  • Support employer branding initiatives (job ads wording, social media hiring posts, referrals).
  • Actively source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and local networks.
  • Support job fairs or local hiring initiatives when required.

Collaboration & Improvement

  • Coordinate closely with other HR Team for smooth hiring processes.
  • Monitor recruitment timelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Assist with other HR tasks when needed during peak periods.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality, service, or operational-heavy industries.
  • Experience recruiting blue-collar or operational staff is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work fast-paced and manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
  • Good judgment in screening candidates.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and reliable.
  • Comfortable working with hiring managers and field teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations is a plus.

Language

  • Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
