Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers.
  • Handle mass hiring projects to support business hiring needs
  • Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities through campus hiring, job fairs, career talks, and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Plan and manage employer branding activities, including creating and managing content for the company's social media platforms.
  • Handle HR administration, including overtime and reimbursement administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, particularly mass hiring, is preferred.
  • Experience in campus recruitment or collaborating with universities is a plus.
  • Familiar with employer branding strategies and social media management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet recruitment targets.
