Recruitment Manager

NES Fircroft is the world's leading engineering staffing provider withover 100 offices in 45 countries. With this, our global presence is unfaltering and admirable, and we require a Recruitment Managerfor our Indonesian office to represent us accordingly.

Due to significant demand for our services, we require aRecruitment Managerto assist in overseeing our Chemicals sector.

The Role

We are very busy. NES Fircroft in Indonesia has grown tremendously in the past 12-months, and we are an up-and-coming large player in the Indonesian market. We have plenty of work incoming and strong, successful relationships built.

You will be able to hit the ground running as we have won a lot of projects and require someone to start working on delivery.

This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Sourcing suitable candidates for job vacancies across numerous avenues
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates to your clients
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with both clients and candidates
• Strategically identify potential leads to quantify new business development
• Develop strong talent pools and build your professional network
• Provide recruitment advice / benchmarking exercises to clients and candidates

About You

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruiter who is looking to progress in their career. Our team is culture-focused and collaborative, so you must be hard-working, but also happy to have a laugh and support each other!

The successful applicant will have:

• Experience in a Recruitment position (any industry, we can train you) OR a passion for sales / people
