The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to support CNGR Indonesia's business massive expansion. This role works independently to deliver recruitment solutions for Head Office and site operations, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage recruitment for Head Office and mining/site positions across technical, operational, and corporate functions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop sourcing channels through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment programs, career fairs, and university partnerships to attract young talent.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen CNGR Indonesia's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders, including the China headquarters, on workforce planning and recruitment projects.
- Support the recruitment team to improve recruitment quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least experienced in headhunter experience.
- Strong experience recruiting for mining, smelter, heavy industry, or other industrial sectors is preferred.
- Proven experience hiring both operational/site employees and managerial up to executive level positions.
- Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding programs.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
