Responsibilities
PT SMART Tbk (Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food) is looking for Recruitment Internship, placement in Sinarmas Land Plaza Sudirman, South Jakarta.
- Freshgraduate or final year students with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in PSYCHOLOGY from reputable university (GPA >3.50)
- Available to fully work from office (Monday-Friday, 08.30-17.30)
- Available for a minimum of 6-12 months internship duration with commitment ASAP (join November 2025)
- Experienced in operating Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work and communicate effectively
- Interested in working at a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for internship position (from sourcing candidates, preparing administration, to onboarding)
- Provide psychotest and technical test to candidates (online and offline)
- Assist Recruitment Team in handling on-going recruitment programs (e.g. BMDP, I-Join, etc.)
- Maintain current and ongoing candidate database using Microsoft Excel
