Role Description

This full-time, on-site Recruitment Internship Program is based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The intern will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Other key responsibilities include facilitating onboarding and training activities, supporting HR initiatives, and contributing to recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience or interest in Training and development initiatives
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in standard recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
Undergraduated or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields is preferred
