Job Role / Job OverviewThe company is looking for a Recruitment Manager (HRBP) that will report directly to the General Manager. This role focused on aligning recruitment strategies with the overall business objectives, while also acting as a strategic HR partner for specific business units. This role involves both recruitment management and broader HRBP responsibilities, requiring a blend of recruitment expertise and strong business acumen.Strategic Recruitment:Developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with the business unit's goals and talent needs.Stakeholder Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.Talent Acquisition:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.HRBP Partnership:Collaborating with business leaders to understand their challenges and provide HR solutions.
The position will be based in Batam, Indonesia.
ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities include:Sourcing and Screening: Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.Interviewing and Selection: Conducting interviews, assessing candidates skills and experience, and making hiring recommendations.Offer Negotiation: Negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process.Employer Branding: Contributing to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.Recruitment Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment.
Qualifications and ExperienceTo be a successful candidate, the requirements are:Minimum of 10 years of experiences within human resources functionPrevious experiences in production or manufacturing company with at least 1,000 headcountFluent in EnglishProven Recruitment Experience: A strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.HRBP Experience: Experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role is highly desirable.Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, financial concepts, and industry trends.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of Employment Law: Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
