Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator (Contract)

About the Role:
Due to the continued growth of our offices, we are seeking a Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Malaysia. You will work closely with the Talent & Culture team and the management in coordinating the recruitment and project staffing processes.
What You Will Do:
Interview Logistics & Candidate Experience
- Manage interview scheduling across various time zones and department calendars.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the process and answering inquiries.
- Arrange candidate travel, accommodations, and expense reimbursements when necessary.
Administrative & System Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and trackers.
- Post and maintain job openings across external boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and internal career portals.
- Facilitate background/reference checks and assist with compliance requirements.
Project Staffing
- Coordinate resource allocation for projects
- Track and manage project histories and resource capabilities
- Work closely with project owners to ensure staffing requirements are met
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology is preferred
- 1-2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience.
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills to juggle multiple candidates and calendars simultaneously.
- Professional, clear, and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Manatal) and basic HR reporting tools.
