Job Description

Recruitment Support

  • Organize and schedule interviews for the Management Trainee program and other recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate schedule arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups.

Employer Branding Support

  • Create and manage social media content for employer branding.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure brand consistency in recruitment materials.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently graduated in Psychology, HR Management, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
  • Have interest in Social Media, Recruitment, and Employer Branding
  • Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Canva or Photoshop)
  • Strong organizational skills & a team player.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
  • Available to do full-time intern for 1 year (January - December 2026)
  • Able to work with a Work From Office (WFO) arrangement
