Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager that serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met with precision and high-quality talent. You will manage the end-to-end relationship with partner companies, translating their business goals into actionable recruitment strategies while overseeing the internal Talent Acquisition pipeline to ensure timely delivery.

What You Will Do:

  1. Act as the dedicated advisor for our clients (partners), understanding their company culture, technical requirements, and long-term hiring roadmaps
  2. Conduct regular Sync Meetings to provide updates on active searches and gather feedback on candidate quality
  3. Draft Ideal Candidate Profiles based on client briefings
  4. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to prioritise roles and ensure the sourcing strategy aligns with client expectations
  5. Review candidates provided by the TA team before presenting them to the client
  6. Manage the interview lifecycle, from coordinating schedules to gathering post-interview feedback from both the client and the candidate
  7. Provide market insights to clients (e.g., salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor analysis)
  8. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed Talents, acting as a mediator for any initial integration issues
  9. Identify opportunities to expand the agency's services within existing client accounts (Upselling/Cross-selling)
  10. Monitor Talent performance and satisfaction during the overall period to ensure high retention rates

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, or Agency Recruitment
  2. Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts and high-volume roles simultaneously
  4. Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools (like GoHighLevel or HubSpot)
  5. Willing to work according to Australian Time
