We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and is ideal for students interested in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
3. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
4. Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives
6. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
7. Assist with onboarding documentation and processes
8. Support campus hiring or internship recruitment drives (if applicable)
9. Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR operations
Required Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, at 5th/6th semester or in the last semester
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
4. Good organizational and time-management skills
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
6. Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals
7. Interest in recruitment, employer branding, or HR analytics
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
