Job Description


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ranging from sourcing, phone screening, coordinating interviews, job offering to onboarding.
  • Work with line managers to understand their requirements on across different level hiring for the organization.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet hiring goals.
  • Support the planning and execution activities to ensure on-time delivery of the overall hiring, including timely and accurate recruitment updates, analysis, and deliverables co creating with the business across the full range of topics to support the recruitment deliverables.
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process through effective collaboration, respectful communication, and timely updates.
  • Promote internal employee referral program by encouraging internal employees to refer friends to the organization.
  • Plan and participate in recruitment events both public and in-campus.
  • Able and willing to work with ambiguity and adapt to changes in an agile manner. Work with minimal supervision and drive the necessary changes to ensure results and ongoing improvements in processes and outcomes.
  • Conduct and distribute reports per the agreed schedule or on ad-hoc basis, identify issues or risks to be mitigated and formulate recommendations and actions where applicable.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in recruitment in Shared Services (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders ensure timely acknowledgment/response to both internal (hiring managers, fellow HR colleagues) and external (candidates) stakeholders.
