Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on appropriate job boards, universities, and other channels.
- Source and recruit candidates using recruitment tools/methods to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
- Arrange interviews and practical tests in coordination with the user's schedule.
- Coordinate with Superintendents and Supervisors according to discipline regarding the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
- Promote the company's reputation as a Best Place to Work.
- Prepare salary proposals for review and approval.
- Draft and send offer letters and hiring confirmations to selected candidates.
- Arrange pre-employment medical check-ups in accordance with company regulations.
- Draft employment agreements for new hires.
- Set up MIS email accounts and coordinate with the IT Department for new employee hardware requests (PC/laptop).
- Arrange onboarding sessions to the new employees.
- Provide and update weekly recruitment reports to management and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills, active listening, negotiation, and organization.
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, human resources, or a staffing agency.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Human Resources with at specializing in recruitment, talent acquisition, or general human resources (HR) support.
- Hands-on experience managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Proven ability to handle multiple open roles and coordinate varying schedules at the same time.
- Working familiarity with local Labor laws and employment regulations related to hiring practices.
- Experiencing working project-based environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing networks.
